Jeff Gilbert is a business consultant at the Johnson & Wales University satellite office and has more than 15 years of experience with the SBDC. As a consultant, he assists clients with retail operations, with an emphasis in the food industry. Jeff is an entrepreneurship and business professor at Johnson & Wales University. He has owned and operated 10 businesses over the past 25 years, including a chain of pizza stores. Currently, he is the owner of a flower shop. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting from Western Washington University. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of Phoenix. Gilbert is a certified NxLeveL instructor.
