Strategic Business Analysis

Let the Denver Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Metropolitan State College of Denver, School of Business help you increase your business’ competitiveness and profitability.

The Denver Metro SBDC and Metropolitan State College of Denver, School of Business have partnered to offer local businesses with a comprehensive strategic analysis.

Under the supervision of a university professor and an SBDC business consultant, graduating business students will provide analysis and strategic recommendations to businesses in exchange for the opportunity to work on a real world consulting project. The analysis will help business owners improve their organizations’ effectiveness and profitability while offering students the opportunity to enhance their learning experience. Business owners will receive useful, hard-hitting business information from bright and energetic business students. The outlook is fresh and stimulating, and the academic perspective often provides unique insights.

The plan will include:

  • External Analysis (economy, industry, and competitors)
  • Internal Analysis (company’s resources and competencies)
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Financial Analysis
  • Recommendations

How Long Will It Take?
