PROGRAM: This nine-month business coaching program is designed to catapult your business to the next level of growth. During the coaching relationship, you will be given the materials, tools, direction, and accountability to help you make strategic improvements to your business operations. The program kicks off with a half-day workshop that will assist you in:            

• Setting up your three-year vision
• Analyzing the gap between where you are and where you want to be
• Translating your goals into practical action steps

This workshop will be followed by a half-day forum to get acquainted with fellow participants. Upon completion of the workshop and retreat, you will begin nine months of intensive one-on-one business coaching and monthly peer advisory group meetings.

ELIGIBILITY: Applications are reviewed by a committee for eligibility. Finalists are interviewed by the Denver Metro SBDC staff and the coaching team. To be eligible you must:       

• Be open to being coached
• Be an established business, at least 2 years in business
• Work full-time in your business
• Be the primary business owner
• Have a minimum annual gross revenue of $250,000
• Have a minimum of 1 full-time employee other than self or family member

PROCESS:

PROGRAM GOAL: The goal of the program is to put you on track toward increased growth, profitability and business improvements.  

COMMITMENT: You will be matched with a coach who is dedicated to your success. You will be expected to:

• Meet, on average, twice a month with your coach for a minimum of one hour during each coaching session
• Complete reading and work assignments which may require an additional 2-10 hours of preparation prior to your next coaching session
• Attend and participate in scheduled monthly peer advisory group meetings
• Attend the half-day workshop
• Attend the half-day ice breaker forum

INVESTMENT: Included in your investment of $495.00 is:

• Half-day kick off workshop
