Help, our grant was funded! What do I do now? If you are lucky enough to be awarded a grant, it’s just the beginning. Now the real work begins. This training provides practical grant management procedures including organizing and implementing day-to-day operations, understanding financial compliance and lessons learned on how to keep your project on track.
