In this interactive workshop, learn what you need to create your own marketing plan. You’ll focus your efforts so you avoid wasting time and money on marketing that doesn’t work.
December 3, 5:30-8:30 pm
This entry level workshop for start-ups and existing businesses will give you a solid understanding of how money flows in and out of your business. Using the Excel spreadsheet tool, you will learn how to project and manage business cash flows, enabling you to better manage your business finances and/or prepare you for borrowing money in your business.
December 10, 5:30-7:00 pm
Are you confused by all of the legal regulations your small business needs to follow? Are you concerned you aren’t doing things correctly which could result in very expensive consequences? Taught by an experienced business lawyer representing thousands of business clients, this class will give you practical and actionable information so you can get on the right track at the outset.
