Do you understand the nitty gritty of what it takes to start your business? This helpful overview workshop covers the necessary steps to successfully launch your new business venture.

Business Plan Basics

July 15 from 5:30-8:30 PM

A solid business plan will help prevent unexpected problems and provide you with a road map to success. In this workshop, learn why you need a business plan, what goes in it and what lenders look for.

Marketing Basics

July 22 from 5:30-8:30 pm

In this interactive workshop, learn what you need to create your own marketing plan. You’ll focus your efforts so you avoid wasting time and money on marketing that doesn’t work.

Finance Basics

July 29 from 5:30-8:30 pm

In this course, you will learn how to project and manage business cash flows, enabling you to better manage your business finances and/or prepare you for borrowing money in your business.
