We will be exploring the history of cloud computing. We will also be defining the different types of clouds available and how to assess which one or ones may be right for you or your business. We will be discussing how computers and hardware relate to the cloud services and what you should be really looking for in your next device. We will also be discussing what we can see are the trends for the next few years for cloud services.

We will be reviewing how to identify a wider variety of email fraud, including payment redirect and supplier invoicing fraud from compromised accounts. How to identify socially engineered attacks such as phishing and email scams. These scams are increasing and being delivered more regularly all the time, and these security threats are always evolving. We will show you how to accurately identify impostor and phishing emails, malware, spam with more confidence. We will be showing you how to protect your organization’s reputation (DKIM and DMARC Records). We will also be showing you some tools to help identify issues.

Clint Larson: For over 30 years Clint has been working on computers in one form or another; holding various titles along the way … some of them being Owner, President, CIO, Director of IT, Network Administrator, Web Developer, and IT Technician and Dad. Clint’s wide and varied experience is only matched by his varied formal education including, universities, trade schools, industry certifications and company specific designations. Because of his vast experience and education, he serves his customers well. Clint understands the need to keep it simple and practical. He feels that this is important with the complexities that can arise from today’s technology. Over the years he has developed the ability to assess the needs of the client through simple processes of elimination and deduction.

Anthony Mann: IT professional with years of experience encompassing help desk support across multiple OS platforms, IT administration, networking, computer hardware repair, customer service, customer relations management, team leadership, educational tech workshops, and sales. A certified Microsoft 365 fundamentals administrator with 5 years of experience at Microsoft supporting clients and finding solutions, Anthony is your guy when it comes to all things IT!
